Beautiful apartment, excellent for a family or small group of friends. Quiet area and close to the Old Town (about 15 min walk) and just 5-7 min walk to terraces where you can enjoy a tasty breakfast. Very clean, comfy beds and if you want to organize yourself with the meals, you have all the comfort you need. I highly recommend.

Di recente ristrutturazione, completo di ogni confort, letto comodissimo, bagni ampi. Cucina completa di tutto. Luogo fresco e silenzioso. Vicino a Plaza Alameda, piena di locali. Supermercato a poche centinaia di metri
Situato nel quartiere Macarena, a circa 20/25 minuti a piedi dal centro. Noi siamo camminatori e quindi non abbiamo avuto fastidi

Todo. El apartamento está en el centro, muy cerca de el paseo de Hércules, pero en una zona muy tranquila, con tiendas alrededor. . Está totalmente renovado y perfectamente equipado. Está en una planta baja pero es muy luminoso y está muy limpio. La atención y comunicación con Sebastián ha sido inmejorable tanto antes del viaje como durante la estancia. Sin ninguna duda, recomendado al 100%.

The location of the apartment is close to the city center and to Isla Mágica (which was the objective of our stay).
The apartment's kitchen has all of the proper tools.
The apartment is spacious with one room, two bathrooms, one kitchen, one living room and one area that has a bed but no door.
There's no privacy for people staying in the sleeping area by the entrance as it's not a room per se.
There's only one aircon for the whole apartment and it's right at the entrance. Meaning to get a proper temperature in the bedroom, we had to crank it up to the maximum. The people staying in the other sleeping area, which is closer to the entrance were too cold. We ended up all sleeping in the same bed on the second night.
The big issue is really the cleaning. We found several dry dead cockroaches (including one on the towel folded on the bed in the bedroom). Cockroaches can happen. Dead cockroaches can happen. But when they're dry, it means they died quite a while ago, leading me to question how thorough the cleaning is.
