The apartment was well appointed.
First issue was with location of the lock box for the keys which was not where I was advised it would be. Thank goodness I arrived in daylight hours or I would never have found it.
Second issue was locating towels for the bathroom which were tucked away in a cupboard and I only located after several conversations with the managing agent.
The property is advertised as providing free onsite parking. This is not true - parking is by permit only as I found to my horror when I was sent fines on returning to Australia totaling £1400.00 for the period of my stay. Fortunately I was able to negotiate a satisfactory resolution with the car park operators.
During my stay I was interrupted when a tradesman came to fit a new electricity meter and I was left without electricity and lighting for over an hour. No notification was provided to me despite the work being arranged sometime earlier and the technician sent was clearly uncomfortable that I had been inconvenienced without due warning.
The reverse cycle air conditioning unit didn't work and during my stay I was unable to get any heat.
The instructions advised that 'bin bags need to be dropped in the waste collection store after coming out of the main door on the right using fob' again this is inaccurate information as there is no waste collection store.
Finally the apartment was not clean, some of the appliances notably the washing machine were filthy and the carpet in the living room had not been cleaned for sometime.
I would not recommend this property.
