Studio rénové avec goût et très propre, literie confortable et le p’tit ventilateur bien appréciable, nous avons aimé la proximité avec le centre de Sallanches ainsi que le parking public payant mais à côté
Il était indiqué pour 4, je dirais plus pour 3 adultes ou encore 2 adultes + 2 enfants, le canapé lit étant étroit

The apartment was newly renovated and located very close to the train station. While the space looked pleasant at first, it turned out to be somewhat inconvenient in practice. The host was polite and responsive. The city center is about a 5-minute walk away, which is very convenient. However, the apartment seems better suited for warmer seasons due to poor insulation. On the positive side, the view from the window was nice.
The main drawback for us was that the heating in the apartment was completely turned off when we arrived on January 2, which made the room quite cold. This was especially disappointing given the winter weather outside, when you expect to be able to warm up and relax indoors. After we turned the heating on, the apartment began to warm up slowly and only became more comfortable by the second day of our stay.
We also noticed considerable heat loss through the panoramic windows. Although they are new, according to the host, they do not appear to be well-insulated. As a result, we had to stay fully dressed inside, and it was uncomfortable to sit on the sofa near the window without a blanket.
Other, less significant drawbacks included a noticeable smell from the new sofa or the carpet nearby. The entrance door to the stairwell has poor thermal and sound insulation, and the sliding bathroom door is somewhat inconvenient and does not block sound or drafts well.
