We liked the room which was very comfortable and clean set in a garden.
Peaceful with no traffic noise when door was closed.It had a large tv which was easy to use and supplies of tea and coffee.We were able to sit outside .
The shower was far too hot and controls didn't affect the heat.The water didn't drain well and went allover the floor.Nowhere to hang clothes in the bathroom and only one hand towel supplied.
Also the fridge was very noisy and kept us awake in the night.

It was a lovely property compact and comfy and properly equipped.
Only the shower room need some towel rails nothing to hang them.

Outside space to sit out. It was very hot and there was a fan provided. Large bathroom area. Quiet location close to Ipswich town centre
The mattress on the bed was very soft. Breakfast was shown as being available by contacting the outlet. I did so and was asked to confirm a few days before arrival which I did only to be informed that it wasn't available for our stay due to staff unavailability.
