The whole experience was seamless. Starting from Private car pick up at the train station to recommended activities. The staff were very attentive and professional. The hotel decor provided a calm atmosphere a result of attention to detail in architectural and interior design. The restaurant was not open but the staff arranged for a traditional Japanese breakfast on site. It was perfect and tailored to account for my food allergies. Many thoughtful quality amenities. In room beverages were above standard. The hotel met and exceeded my expectations. We had a very peaceful relaxing stay for our 32nd wedding anniversary. Although right next to the train station (which was very convenient for travel), you could not hear the train in our room. It was nice waking up to the sound of birds on the cherry tree in our private courtyard. My first experience at an Onsen was pleasant because the hotel offered private time slots for bathing. The cooling room was magical especially at night. You can see stars on a clear night. The Kangetsudo Art Gallery on site provided a virtual reality meditation experience which was unique. I look forward to returning to Japan and Momoyama Onsen Tsukimikan.

I regret not staying longer.
