Appartement ancien

Très bonne literie. Appartement spacieux et lumineux. Rue calme et à proximité du centre. Grande serviette de douche bien douce. Conciergerie arrangeante pour l'arrivée. Produits de base (sel, poivre, sucre, pdt toilettes...)

Parquet qui craque lorsque l’on marche, porte de chambre difficile à fermer (donc difficile de ne pas faire de bruit). Fenêtres vieilles en simple vitrage. Tiroir de la commode cassé et rafistolé avec du gros Scotch.

Keine Empfehlung, wenn man eine saubere, komfortable Umgebung wertschätzt und schnelles Internet braucht.

Die Lage der Unterkunft ist sehr gut mitten in Vichy. Die Betten waren bequem und es war ruhig.

Die Wohnung hat drei Hauptprobleme: sie war bei der Übergabe dreckig, ist schlecht ausgestattet und das Internet ist viel zu langsam. Die Wohnung war nicht sauber bei der Übernahme vor allem in der Küche: - Wir mussten das gesamte Geschirr reinigen. Eine Herdplatte (Gasherd) funktioniert nicht. - Die Möbel sind von einer Fett-Patina verklebt, weil der Dunstabzug einfach nicht funktioniert (Rohr wurde nicht montiert). Er macht deswegen auch laute Geräusche. - Lampen sind unzureichend isoliert, es fehlen Birnen und es gibt Wackelkontakte. Wir haben dem Service die Beschwerden geschickt. Er meinte nur, dass sich bisher niemand über die Patina beschwert hätte. Das Haus ist insgesamt sehr alt. In der Wohnung wurde das notwendigste modernisiert, allerdings nur sehr dürftig. Die Küche ist abschüssig gebaut Es gibt viele Ba,ritzen und Spalte. Alles erweckt nicht den Eindruck von einer sicheren Installation. Ein Kabel konnten wir entdecken, welches mit Alufolie isoliert war. die Bilder in Booking.com sind leider sehr stark nachbearbeitet worden. Diese geben den Eindruck, dass die Wohnung viel größer wäre, als sie es eigentlich ist. Ein Parkplatz konnte nicht reserviert werden, anders als es in der Buchung beschrieben wurde. Die Ausstattung ist ansonsten extrem spartanisch. Es gibt noch nicht einmal Untersetzer für den Esstisch. Das Internet entspricht leider nicht den Standards, die man heutzutage braucht, um Videokonferenzen stattfinden zu lassen. Deswegen bin ich auf mobile Daten umgestiegen. Das ging einigermaßen. Der Service ist insgesamt nicht sehr kundenorientiert. Am letzten Tag erhält man die Information, dass man den gesamten Müll an irgendeine Straße in Vichy bringen muss. Es wäre gut gewesen diese Information frühzeitig bereitzustellen, zumal die Kosten für die Endreinigung von uns getragen werden. Insgesamt ist die Müll-Situation problematisch, da das Haus keine eigene Müll-Sammlung hat.
