The location was brilliant and the cottage was clean and very comfortable. We loved the log burner although kindling would be a great help.
The bathroom was spotless and I loved the big mirror just ensure all lights work. We alerted the owner who responded immediately however but not in time for our stay.

It's a beautiful little cottage, right in the heart of Conwy so perfectly located to pop back throughout the day. Very family and doggy friendly. Exceptionally clean. Great communication from the owners. Just an all round lovely stay.
The bath towels could have been bigger, but really that's s minor thing and standard across the vast majority of holiday cottages.

The location was brilliant, right in the town centre, close to all shops, railway station, buses and attractions in Conwy and surrounding region. The communication from Karen from booking until we arrived was great and she even sent a message to check that everything was ok soon after our arrival. The amenities in the cottage were plentiful and it was like home from home. Karen left us some Welsh Cakes for our arrival. This was thoughtful and very welcome. The cottage was extremely comfortable and perfect for our short break.
Parking the car outside of the cottage is sometimes impossible and, if possible, extremely difficult and we considered the car to be in danger of being hit by other cars entering and leaving the road with little room to manoeuvre. It is much safer and convenient to pay for 24 hour car parking on the nearby Mount Pleasant car park although it is expensive at £8.50 per 24 hours.
