The stuff was amazing? They are good people. When we needed them the most, they just helped like they would help an neighbor or family. I wish I could return the favour.
Some details need fixing. The riad is fully functional, but you will find small issues like a crack on the door here and there.

Schön gestaltete, gut gelegene, gemütliche und ruhige Unterkunft in Fes. Der Manager ist immer ansprechbar und hilfsbereit. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen!

MUITA ATENÇÃO ANTES DE RESERVAR
Reservei o alojamento com pequeno almoço incluído. Após a reserva, recebi 3 mensagens do alojamento a combinar a hora de chegada, o local para nos encontrarmos porque não é fácil encontrar o alojamento e a indicar onde podia estacionar. Só após tudo isso é que referem que o pequeno almoço não estaria incluído e que se quisesse pequeno almoço teria que pagar!!! Contestei, pois na minha reserva dizia que estava incluído e responderam que já falaram com o booking para corrigir essa questão mas que continuava assim. Falei com o booking e a negociação possível foi o hotel oferecer o pequeno-almoço do primeiro dia e o booking acabou por dar uma recompensa para o pequeno-almoço do segundo dia. Mas fui eu que tive que fazer esta ponte de conversa entre o alojamento e o booking.
Além de tudo, nao compareceram no local combinado para nos levar ao alojamento!! Nao responderam às msgs enquanto esperava por eles. Nao atenderam o telefone!! Fomos nós que tivemos que encontrar o alojamento e pagar a um local que nos levasse até lá e depois ainda tivemos que esperar que alguém chegasse para abrir a porta.
