Leider können wir die Ferienwohnung nicht weiterempfehlen und würden dort auch nicht noch einmal buchen.
Das mit Abstand größte Problem ist die extreme Hellhörigkeit. Das Gebäude verfügt über drei separate Eingänge, wobei der mittlere Eingang zur Wohnung im ersten Obergeschoss führt, die direkt über der von uns gemieteten Wohnung liegt. Wir haben wirklich jeden Schritt der Bewohner über uns gehört – teilweise sogar den Fernseher und Gespräche. Das ist nicht übertrieben: Sobald sich oben jemand bewegt, bekommt man es unten mit. An Ruhe und Erholung, die man sich im Urlaub wünscht, ist unter diesen Umständen kaum zu denken.
Hinzu kommt die zentrale Lage. Bereits ab etwa 6:00 Uhr morgens sind Lieferfahrzeuge zu hören, die die umliegende Gastronomie beliefern. Dafür kann der Betreiber natürlich nichts, man sollte es bei einer Buchung aber wissen und berücksichtigen.
Auch die Sauberkeit war für uns nicht akzeptabel. Unter anderem befanden sich Blutflecken an einem Heizkörper im Badezimmer. Während unseres Aufenthalts konnten wir beobachten, wie zwei Reinigungskräfte eine andere Wohnung innerhalb von ungefähr zehn Minuten gereinigt hatten und bereits wieder weg waren. Dieser Eindruck passte leider zum Zustand unserer Wohnung.
Weitere Punkte, die uns negativ aufgefallen sind: Der vorhandene Staubsauger war kaum vernünftig nutzbar, eine Geschirrspülmaschine gibt es nicht, und an den Fenstern fehlen Insektenschutzgitter, was gerade im Sommer eine sinnvolle Ergänzung wäre.
Positiv hervorheben möchten wir ausdrücklich den Kontakt mit der Eigentümerin. Die Kommunikation mit ihr war sehr freundlich und verständnisvoll, und ihr tat die Situation offensichtlich leid. Weniger angenehm empfanden wir den Umgang mit der zuständigen Verwaltung. Dort wurde sich sogar darüber beschwert, dass wir direkt mit der Eigentümerin kommuniziert hatten.
