Quiet location, very clean. I liked all the inclusions...having a washing machine was fantastic. I also really like the styling adding a personal and unique touch.
There was nothing I didn't like although the addition of a dryer or a washer/dryer combo would be great.

Die Wohnung war sauber, modern eingerichtet und perfekt ausgestattet.
Wir sind zunรคchst vorbeigefahren, denn โThe Perchโ haben wir nirgends gesehen obwohl wir an der richtigen Adresse waren. Der Eingang ist auf der Rรผckseite der Garage mit Zugang รผber einen Carport. Wenn man es kennt, dann ist es einfach.

Sรฉjour de rรชve que jโaurais aimรฉ plus long. Tout est absolument parfait : la taille de lโappartement, le choix des matรฉriaux et de la dรฉco, le confort, les รฉquipements trรจs complets et de qualitรฉ lร aussi, la propretรฉ, le jardinโฆ
Jโaurais pu rester 2 semaines tellement je me suis sentie bien dans ce petit paradis.
Pour un prix plus que raisonnable pour la Nouvelle Zรฉlande.
A 5mn en voiture de Wanaka, donc au calme mais trรจs proche de tout ce quโil faut.
Cโest encore mieux que sur les photos qui sont dรฉjร top. Je recommande ร 400%
