Pros:
Location is very good near MOA plus a good massage place
The building was really nice. Staff was friendly. Also, the owner that gave me the key was really nice to me.
It was a pretty cheap value compared to condos around since I booked it on the same day I arrived.
Internet was fast. I did my online work.
They have kitchen utensils and some complementary coffee, which was good.
There was a convenience store where you can buy food or something to cook called Alfa Mart which was very convenient
Cons:
-Need a little bit more cleaning, especially the balcony was pretty dusty
-The hot shower didn't work
-The owner told me that the stove did not work so they provided me with something we can cook with which is pretty good
-The microwave didn't work as well. They said not to use it because it is broken. I hope it gets fixed soon.
