Very quirky hotel. Looks beautiful. And it’s clean. Location is good - just over ten minute walk down to the Cunda Marina with heaps is restaurants. Cunda 10 bus to Ayvalik - pay with credit card. Very nice pool area though water was freezing; could not swim. Great breakfast and a bar area with views.
Small room but heaps of storage built into/under the bed, so even the suitcases can be packed away. Our room was hot at night so I asked for a room fan, which they gladly gave me. Ayda and Sam were very friendly and helpful.
The front doors to the hotel are very very heavy and they slam constantly if someone goes in or out. The whole building shakes with it and this goes on day and night. This is a problem. Beers are reasonably priced but we ordered ONE Aperol Spritz before asking the cost. It was 1200tl, which is $35AUD!!

Sehr nettes Personal wir wurden sehr gut empfangen und bedient worden .
Zimmer war sehr sauber und der Blick zum Meer war wunderbar😊
Im Ganzen hat uns das Hotel sehr gut gefallen, gern wieder.
Habe nichts zum Meckern gehabt .

The facilities, breakfast and staff were exceptional. We would stay there again, highly recommend the place. Reception staff were really helpful and polite too.
