About this house rental
Soak in the sun as you enjoy the water views to K’gari (Fraser Island) from the deck of this recently renovated, bright and stylish holiday unit. Situated high on Rainbow Beach’s premier street, it is just a 10 minute walk downhill to the main shops, restaurants and the extensive sandy beach.
Upstairs features:
* Master bedroom with queen bed and shower ensuite
* Open kitchen, lounge and dining area with air-conditioning
* Kitchen with dishwasher, microwave and Nespresso Vertuo coffee machine
* Living area with TV and DVD player
* North-east facing balcony with gas BBQ, outdoor seating with ocean views
Downstairs features:
* Three bedrooms with one queen and four single beds
* One queen bedroom has air conditioning
* Bathroom with shower
* Laundry with front loading washing machine, dryer ironing board and iron
General features:
* Wifi
* Ceiling fans throughout
* Off street parking
* Fenced courtyard
* Pet friendly for outside pets only. Maximum two pets.
Sleeps eight in two x queen size beds and four x single beds.
For larger groups, Seasalt can be booked together with sister property Sage to sleep a total of 14 guests.
Please note that (unless specified in the description) our holiday properties are not supplied with linen. Properties are supplied with doonas/doona covers or blankets as well as pillows; however, you will need to BYO or hire linen from our office including: sheets, pillowcases, towels, bath mats, hand towels, tea towels, face washers.
Babies or toddlers sleeping in a portacot or bassinet are not included in the maximum occupancy. Portacots and high chairs can also be hired at an additional cost.
Please supply your own personal and household items such as washing powder, soap, dishwashing liquid, toilet paper etc. Coffee capsules (Vertuo style) should be purchased from Nespresso in advance.
If you intend to bring a pet with you, please note that there is an additional 50 per pet levy payable.
