Whether you're planning a family vacation, a romantic getaway, a trip to the theme parks, or a visit to Jamestown and Yorktown, you'll be close to the action while still having a comfortable place to unwind at the end of the day.Just minutes from Colonial Williamsburg, Busch Gardens, Water Country USA, William & Mary, and with easy access to I-64 and I-199, you'll be perfectly situated to explore Williamsburg, Jamestown, and Yorktown.The apartment features 2 bedrooms with queen beds, a comfortable living room with a sofa bed, and a dedicated workspace. If you plan to use the sofa bed, a mattress pad is available upon request. Please reach out and let us know if you’ll need one so we can have it ready for you. • Early Check-in & Late Check-out:
We are happy to offer early check in at 1PM for a $35 fee, based on availability. If the property isn't booked the night before your stay, we'll let you know, so you can take advantage of this option.

• Booking Age Policy: The person booking this property must be 21 years of age or older and must be staying at the property during the reservation. Valid ID may be required upon check-in.
• Pet Guidelines: Please add pets to your reservation (fee applies). We provide a bowl and towel; please bring pet bedding, keep pets off furniture, clean up all waste to avoid a $250 fee, do not leave pets unattended outside, and manage noise.
• No Smoking: Strictly no smoking indoors or within 6 feet of doors/windows. A fee of $250 will be charged if any cigarette smoke is detected after check out.

Updated, clean and perfect rental for a getaway. Located within 2 miles of Williamsburg and only a short drive from Busch Gardens. The unit had updated appliances and bathroom and was very comfortable when staying in. Rosi was a fantastic communicator and checkin and checkout were smooth with no issues.

This is a lovely semi-detached cottage located conveniently just a 5 minute drive from Colonial Williamsburg and 15 minutes from Jamestown. The property was scrupulously clean when we arrived and check-in was effortless. It is nicely furnished with very comfortable living room furniture and beds, fully equipped kitchen, and lots of nice little touches like condiments, coffee and snacks available in the kitchen. Has a little patio for sitting outside in nice weather. The host was super-responsive and responded immediately to our questions. All in all, this is one of the nicest properties we have stayed in and we highly recommend it.

Perfect, cozy getaway to explore Williamsburg, VA. The apartment was clean with roomy bathroom and fully stocked kitchen for cooking. It was located near the convenience stores, restaurants, parks, cultural and historical sites and other attractions. Rosi was friendly and provided very easy check in and check out instructions.
