Villa Alpha, part of the serene complex in Agia Irini, Pounda, is a refined retreat that blends Cycladic charm with modern comfort, offering its guests both privacy and breathtaking views across the Aegean Sea. Designed with care and attention to detail, the villa provides an elegant escape for families, couples, or small groups who wish to enjoy the natural beauty of Paros without compromising on luxury.
The villa is spread across two levels, with the pool level featuring a spacious bedroom with a large double bed, a second bedroom with twin beds, and two shower bathrooms—one generously sized and one smaller. Each bedroom is air-conditioned, ensuring comfort during the warm summer months. On the upper level, guests will find a bright living and dining area furnished in a contemporary yet relaxed style, as well as a fully equipped kitchen with every appliance needed for home-style meals, including an oven, stovetop, microwave, refrigerator, and coffee machine. Large verandas on this level frame sweeping vistas of the sea and the spectacular sunsets for which the island is famous.
The highlight of Villa Alpha is undoubtedly its private pool, set against the backdrop of the glistening Aegean, with sun loungers placed for long days of leisure beneath the sun. Surrounded by a lush garden and a terrace, it is the perfect spot for both relaxation and al fresco dining. The interiors are equally well-appointed, with soundproofed walls, a flat-screen TV, and thoughtfully selected furnishings that create a tranquil, homely ambiance. Additional conveniences such as ironing facilities, wardrobes, and modern bathrooms with walk-in showers, hairdryers, and towels ensure a comfortable stay.
Villa Alpha is ideally located just 6 km from Paros National Airport, while the sandy Taverna Livadaki Beach is only a short 9-minute walk away. The historic charm of the Archaeological Museum of Paros and the Venetian Harbour is also within 6 km, making exploration of the island easy and rewarding. Free on-site private parking is available for guests who wish to hire a car.

First, the views cannot be beat! My goal was to find a place where I could wake up or go to sleep to the sounds of the ocean, and our accommodations didn’t disappoint. Our very kind and knowledgeable host greeted us upon arrival and gave us a tour of the property before giving very sound suggestions for lunches and dinners. Everything we needed, whether already provided or requested, was made easily available. Oh! And let me not forget the plunge pool! If the ocean right at your doorstep isn’t enough, there’s a private plunge pool in addition to the common pool. The only issue my family and I experienced during our stay was the onslaught of mosquitoes in the evenings. Come prepared to fight them! Otherwise, we had an AMAZING stay! Frankie, the property manager, was the absolute best and deserves a special shoutout as well! Thank you, Frankie, for making us feel right at home.
