Sehr freundliches Personal bei der Ankunft. Die Idee mit den Kapseln finde ich sehr gut. Man hat deutlich mehr Privatsphäre. Schön zentral gelegen. Insgesamt sehr sauber (abhängig von den Gästen). Für die Lage ist der Preis angemessen. Ich kann es empfehlen.
Ich bin Seitenschläfer und dafür war die Matratze für mich zu weich. Die Türen der Kapseln laufen nicht sehr leise. Weil der Schall sich aufgrund der Bauweise überträgt, bekommen alle Gäste in den Nachbarkapseln etwas davon mit, wenn jemand nachts zur Toilette geht. Die Klimaanlage könnte noch 1-2 Grad weiter runterkühlen.

Cube y baño limpio, área común limpia, locker moderno, guardar equipaje eficiente, muy buena ubicación.
¡En la fotografía y en la realidad los "cube" son muy creativos y novedosos! No sé si fue "mala suerte" o un tema del puerto del enchufe, pero mi adaptador se resbalaba y no lograba cargar mi celular de forma eficiente y práctica (eso en mi punto de vista es muy importante porque uno necesita practicidad). El personal de limpieza no era tan amable.

Recomiendo la estancia en Urban Cube Hostel Granada. Está muy bien situado y sus instalaciones están nuevas y limpias.
El personal muy atento también.

The location of the capsule hostel was excellent: very central, yet surprisingly quiet, which made it convenient for exploring the city while still allowing for some peace and quiet. The staff were also very kind and helpful, and they explained everything thoroughly when we arrived.
Unfortunately, there were several issues that significantly affected our stay.
First of all, the cleanliness could definitely be improved. For example, one evening when I went to take a shower, there was a used sanitary pad with blood left in one of the shower cubicles. I came back about half an hour later and it was still there.
Noise was another major issue. We stayed in a room with two capsules, and the guests above us were extremely loud during the night. We repeatedly heard them coming in and out, talking loudly, without making any effort to keep their voices down, even in the middle of the night. The capsules and beds themselves were also extremely noisy and creaky. In a place where many people are sleeping in such a small space, this is particularly problematic, and I think quieter, better-maintained beds should really be a basic requirement.
We also had concerns about security. For some reason, our capsule could not be properly locked: there was a screw or nail sticking out, and the locking mechanism did not feel secure. In a capsule hostel, where privacy and personal security depend so heavily on being able to close your capsule properly, this was quite concerning. We also encountered some other guests whose behaviour made us feel less than completely safe.
Overall, the central location and genuinely helpful staff were definite positives, but the problems with cleanliness, noise and especially the security of the capsules made the experience considerably less comfortable than we had expected.
