Place was clean and had just about everything we needed, including a king sized bed, full kitchen, nice kitchen table, DVD movies, and a chair my husband could read in. We also found the property to be very quiet, surrounded by nature, and only a few minutes away from Blue Ridge and many activities.
We didn'tike that when we arrived, we were greeted by disgusting trash in front that had spilled out of a trash can (probably due to animals getting into it. We called the hosts phone number to let them know, and trash got picked up the next morning but left some on the ground. Other negatives were the shower curtain let in no light, the one large pot for cooking pasta had no lid, no dish drying rack, and the dirty linens and towels would not all fit in the washer. Also, we had to call repeatedly to ask for checkout instructions-- very hard to get s response and only came at the last minute.

Everything
They said they’ll send the check in instructions 2 hrs before check in time but they didn’t. Good that I had messaged and got hold of their phone number earlier. So I called them, after that, they sent the instructions. If I didn’t get their phone number would have been difficult.

It was so peaceful and the lake view.
No Internet and the mice crawling in the bed.
