Great location and very spacious apartment. The kitchen was fully equipped, the bathroom large, living small with a nice couch, and a huge bedroom. The pictures match the place. The place in a small, quiet back yard, 1 minute walk from the main square of town. The wifi was great, and the matress was very comfortable.
The host sent the check-in information very late, which was very inconvenient for us as we were traveling without internet. When we informed him, he was not very accommodating. There was promised parking, but this was not possible with a larger car and the narrow back yard was quite full, which we were not informed of prior to arrival, so we ended up paying for parking (24RON/day). The city tax was a bit of a surprise as we had not noticed it when booking via the phone. (This may be more on the booking.com website layout than the host.)

Розумію, що будівля стара, каналізація також проте в квартирі стоїть неприємний запах каналізації, вода стоїть у всіх мийках/раковинах/душових, плісняву в душовій кабінці взагалі не миють, також пліснява в холодильнику, яку ніхто не витирає, хоча це місце де люди зберігають свої продукти. Дуже шкода, що така чудова квартира, а за нею доглядають недостатньо. Взагалі складається враження, що квартиру особливо не прибирають, так як в душовій на поличці лежали гелі для душу попередніх мешканців, їх навіть не прибрали

Amazing place, literally just over the road from Piata Sfatului, the main square in the old town.
Very cosy place, very nicely decorated, a mixture between vintage and modern.
It has all you could need for a short(or long stay), good internet connection and shops on your door step.
We visited with young children(6 and 8) and even they were nicely impressed.
Has only one paking space and entrance can easily be missed as it’s not signposted. But don’t let that put you off as it’s definitely a nice place.

Апартаменты находятся на первом этаже, и вход в них осуществляется непосредственно с улицы, со двора. В квартире присутствует заметный запах сырости, что создавало определённый дискомфорт во время проживания.
Если вы путешествуете с семьёй и планируете использовать раскладной диван в коридоре в качестве спального места, стоит учитывать, что он довольно неудобный для сна. Диван не имеет ровной поверхности, а имеет выраженный изгиб, из-за чего спать на нём было некомфортно.
Также хотим обратить внимание гостей, которые путешествуют на автомобиле. Если у вас достаточно большой автомобиль, например кроссовер, и нет уверенного опыта вождения в очень узких местах, заезжать во двор мы категорически не рекомендуем. Въезд во двор очень узкий, а внутри невозможно развернуться. Если заехать передним ходом, выезжать придётся только задним ходом.
Кроме того, выезд проходит через длинную узкую арку, которая в конце выходит непосредственно на тротуар и проезжую часть. Поэтому при въезде и особенно при выезде необходимо проявлять максимальную осторожность.
