Great location, good sized apartment with secure parking. Walking distance to the bull ring and Edgbaston for the cricket.
Could have done with a proper clean. We had to wipe the surfaces and clean the floor. There was no toilet roll left or tea towels for drying up so be prepared to bring your own. Only two towels left for a family of 4 too. Little tweaks would make a huge difference.

The location, the layout of the apartment and the comfort of the furniture.
Beautifully decorated and easy to use appliances.
When using the shower, there was a small leak from the boiler in the kitchen.
Car park entrance was difficult to find.
