Il faisait très chaud 🥵 en plus du ventilateur de l’appartement j’ai du en apporter deux autres pour que l’appartement soit vivable
Je trouve que cet appartement aurait pu être davantage propre j’ai fait le nettoyage
Une horloge ⏰ murale qui ne fonctionnait plus
Je n’ai jamais réussi à regarder TF1 en direct il n’y avait que des replay de proposer même en scannant le QR code pas de solution ni de la part de la conciergerie qui m’a renvoyé sur le QR code.

The location is good. The studio flat has all the main things one might need - the kitchen is equipped with the essentials, and there are detergents, tea bags and 2 coffee pads (Senseo coffee machine is available). The communication was very smooth and the people managing the flat were very responsive.
The studio flat has been a shop or bar, and a minimal changes have been made. All the essentials are there however it does not feel too cozy. The bedroom does not have a window. The situation could be easily changed with replacement of the door to a glass door, so there is access to the natural light.

La salle de bain
Franchement, la VMC était un cauchemar : installée quasiment dans la chambre, elle produisait un vacarme insupportable, impossible à couper, ce qui rendait toute nuit de sommeil impraticable.
L’éclairage, lui aussi, était totalement mal pensé, peu fonctionnel et inadapté au lieu.
Quant au logement, on sentait clairement qu’il s’agissait d’un ancien local commercial bricolé à la hâte en appartement : de grandes vitrines mal isolées et simplement couvertes par des rideaux occultants, loin d’offrir le confort et l’intimité attendus.
