Desaprovechen la oportunidad de resevar aquí.

Que sólo fue una noche.

Desde que llegamos el departamento no tenía luz, todo el edificio si. Tuvimos que irnos a otro lugar para poder arreglarnos para el compromiso que teníamos y tardaron más de 3 hrs en restablecer el servicio. Al llegar nos percatamos que había una fuga en la tarja de la cocina bastante considerable, al mismo tiempo vimos que la ropa de la cama estaba sucia hasta tenía cabellos de los huéspedes anteriores, el sofá cama estaba sucio en el colchon con basura. No tenian almohadas para el sofá cama, todos los trastes estaban mal lavados, la licuadora ni siquiera nos atrevimos a usarla por lo sucio que estaba. Cuando reportamos esto nos indicaron que al personal de limpieza "se le olvidó" que era una reservación para 4 personas y no dejó listo ni toallas ni ropa de cama y nos dijeron que la llave del locker estaba ahí y que nosotros nos encargaramos de sacar lo que faltaba. En el baño el vaso donde se pueden colocar los cepillos de dientes estaba demasiado sucio, los porta toallas estaban inservibles, no tenian tornillos y se safaban cada que querías colgar algo. Desafortunadamente la persona que se pone en contacto con el huésped es un intermediario por lo que teniamos que esperar a que él se comunicara con el anfitrión para comentar todos los problemas. Cuando se les pidió un descuento o un reembolso por todo eso nos dijeron que no era posible porque la falla tardó en repararse menos de 4 hrs (pero nosotros sí tuvimos que resolver el problema de inmediato porque pensábamos que era un lugar útil). Y lo más que pudieron ofrecer fueron 2 horas extra para el check out que ni siquiera pudimos usar bien porque la alberca está muy fría y el mismo personal del edificio nos dijo "asi siempre está, bien helada" además de que la terraza del techo es demasiado peligrosa y todos los muebles que tienen estan rotos ya.

Es increible que en tan poco espacio se consiga una comodidad tan grande. No faltaba ni un detalle y todo de la maxima calidad. Laa instalaciones impresionantes, 2 piscinas (otra en rooftop pero sin acceso), gimnasio, area de juego para niños, zona coworking, comedor al aire libre,....y la playa ahí mismo! Sin duda un apartamento IMPRESIONANTE

A la llegada no te recibe el anfitrion, sino que te toma los datos un conserle y te obligan a poner una pulsera. Entiendo que no quieran que entre cualquiera de la calle, pero deberian avisarlo el anfitrión antes de la llegada.

Es increible que en tan poco espacio se consiga una comodidad tan grande. No faltaba ni un detalle y todo de la maxima calidad. Laa instalaciones impresionantes, 2 piscinas (otra en rooftop pero sin acceso), gimnasio, area de juego para niños, zona coworking, comedor al aire libre,....y la playa ahí mismo! Sin duda un apartamento IMPRESIONANTE
