Very friendly and helpful staff. They never ask for extra money and are always happy to help with any request. They even have a scale for weighing luggage. The hotel is new, clean and comfortable, with soft beds and good air conditioning. Rooms are small but cozy and well isolated. Overall, very well managed.
The only issue was that during heavy rain, some water could get into the outdoor corridor/staircase area near the rooms. The owner is aware of it and said it will be fixed.

Had to check out early morning,to catch my onward flight. So no breakfast.
Location. It is about 10-15 minutes walk from Railway station and Hotel located in a narrow lane of about 4 feet width. Couldn't get a cup of tea upon check in at around 11 pm.
