• Assez bon emplacement, à 30min à pieds du centre ville.
• L’hôtel est en bon état, neuf, avec tout ce dont on a besoin dans la chambre.
• Eau chaude, climatisation, balcon et produits pour la douche. Possibilité de parking, idéal pour ceux qui ont leur propre tuktuk ou scooter.
• La personne avec qui l’on échange sur Booking.com via messages.
• Nous avons pu laisser les bagages même après le check in.
• Personnel incompétent.
• Pas de communication entre le propriétaire et le personnel.
• Petit déjeuner très chiche et sans vraiment d’option. Pas de thé inclus, apparemment un membre du personnel a dû aller l’acheter au supermarché.
• Demande de petit déjeuner pour 9am. La nourriture a été servie à 9:55am. Et le thé à 10:40am. Honteux…
Il vaut mieux ne pas proposer de petit déjeuner si pas capable d’en procurer un.
• Personnel toujours absent - personne à la réception pour le check in, et à plusieurs reprises, obligé de déambuler dans l’hôtel en appelant le personnel…
