Staff were wonderful. Rooms clean. Breakfast was great.
The room was warm, air-conditioning turned off. Opened windows but still warm.

I thought the staff was great. We came in frazzled after a long train ride that was delayed. We were hungry. My wife ordered the pasta and the kitchen made me a salad that was wonderful! Sofia was there in the evening and also for the breakfast always with a smile on her face.
Could have used fluffier pillows. Pillows were a bit stiff for me but not for my wife.
