We were an all female group of 3 adults and 1 child. Our flight was delayed until late night so we were a little concerned, but the hotel staff kept in touch, and facilitated a quick checkin when we got there. They were also kind enough to upgrade our rooms which were spacious, and had the necessary toiletries, refreshments all with a kettle and mini fridge. I must also point out that they made sure to give us adjacent rooms which was important for us considering we were women. The hotel has a restaurant on the ground floor that offers a breakfast buffet. The staff would check in on us to ask if everything was fine, housekeeping too was timely. It is in a busy area close to the metro and railway stations, yet very quiet and secured. Would absolutely recommend.
There was an incident where our key cards wouldn’t unlock the doors and were told we would have to get them updated at the reception after 24 hrs. That’s a little redundant for someone who is here for an extended stay.

Its a new hotel, less than a year old. Well maintained, good interiors. Breakfast spread was pretty good, cafe is spacious. The room is spacious and well equipped. Staff was courteous. Location is in the city center, so connectivity is fine.
Hotel is very near to bus stand. The surroundings aren't that great - it's a very busy, poorly maintained area. Inside hotel and outside.. are two different worlds.

It was clean inside and the food was great
There was water clogged in the entrance due to which we had to step into the water, dirtying our shoes
