Wendy was amazing!! She organised all our Zhangjiajie Park tickets and we had the best time.
Property was seriously run down. It’s not 5 star, 3 at best. Shower head was broken, mould in bathroom, toilet holder hanging off the wall, window handle broken. Breakfast was inedible. Cold, not fresh, made us feel ill. We didn’t even bother after first day even though we had paid for it.
