We are extremely disappointed with our experience and cannot recommend this property. We booked our apartment well in advance, before the festival, specifically because it was air-conditioned, fully equipped, and offered excellent value for money. However, when we arrived after a long journey, we were informed that our apartment had been given to someone else because we had not paid the city tax in advance and allegedly did not respond to their messages. This explanation is unacceptable. In our experience, the city tax is almost always paid at check-in or when the keys are handed over. Even if they were unable to reach us beforehand, there was no reason to cancel our reservation after our accommodation had already been fully paid. Instead, we were put under pressure to either accept a completely different apartment or request a refund after arriving tired at our destination, knowing it would be extremely difficult to find another place during the festival. The replacement apartment was clearly inferior: it had no air conditioning, was not fully equipped, and was nowhere near equivalent to what we originally booked. To make matters worse, the replacement apartment normally costs around one-third of the price we paid, yet we received no partial refund or compensation whatsoever. We genuinely feel deceived and taken advantage of. This was an unfair and unprofessional way to treat paying guests. We would not recommend staying here.

Comfort al primo posto

Posizione vicina al centro, appartamento spazioso, con tutti i comfort necessari, pulito. La ragazza che ci ha accolti molto gentile e disponibile. Il letto era comodissimo.
