Доброго дня. Хочу залишити чесний відгук про квартиру.
Я приїхала на кілька днів до чоловіка на реабілітацію у святковий період, тому було важливо мати комфортне житло, де можна щось приготувати та нормально відпочити. Загалом квартира знаходиться в хорошому районі та має гарний вигляд, кухня простора, є каструлі та базові речі.
Але, на жаль, враження сильно зіпсувала чистота і підготовка квартири до заселення.
По-перше, на кухні практично немає посуду — лише кілька тарілок, відсутні глибокі тарілки.
По-друге, коли я приїхала, квартира була в дуже брудному стані. В коридорі стояв великий пакет зі сміттям, по підлозі були пил, бруд і навіть залишки нігтів. У спальні біля тумбочки лежали використані серветки, постільна білизна була з плямами. Кухня також була брудна: липкі кружки, плями на поверхнях, повністю заповнені сміттєві пакети.
Власник попереджав, що прибиральниця не встигла і приїде, але в день заселення ніхто так і не приїхав. Лише ближче до вечора зателефонували і сказали чекати. Зрештою, прибиральниця повідомила, що зможе приїхати тільки через кілька днів, і фактично прибирання відбулося вже наступного ранку.
Тобто перший день проживання пройшов у брудній квартирі, що було дуже неприємно, особливо з урахуванням свят і обставин.
Після цього квартиру прибрали добре, але жодної компенсації чи пропозиції зменшити оплату від власника не було — лише вибачення.
Тому раджу майбутнім орендарям уточнювати стан квартири перед заселенням, щоб уникнути подібних ситуацій.

В том то дело, что я туда так и не попал, забронировал жилье, получил подтверждение, а в ответит тишина, со мной так никто и не связалась, на мои звонки телефон был выключен!!! И даже когда я приехал на адрес, на первом этаже где управляющая компания или консьерж свет был включен, но как только я позвонил в домофон, свет выключили и все…. Тишина!!!!!
