Amazing location - very peaceful with incredible views. Our room was extremely spacious with comfortable beds and a lovely seating area built into the bay window. Views from the room were like a dream. Barbara and Guido were very welcoming, helpful and friendly.
Only a small matter but our bathroom was designed for accessibility - which isn't a problem but little things like a removable toilet seat instead of a normal one with a hinge made it a little difficult to use. Not a big problem.

The location was beautiful. The rooms had a good size and the beds were comfortable. The facilities were clean.
The cake and the savoury breakfast were delicious.
They only speak Italian, but they made the effort to translate the information for us.
There are privacy concerns about it. It was very unfortunate that the owner bothered us with late messages on WhatsApp at (22:30) saying that we were being loud. Somehow they thought that we were making noises or something else, but the kids were sleeping and we were quiet in the room.
The breakfast was not a buffet. We had to choose between small portions and were not free to have a normal breakfast. For the price it should be better served.
Unfortunately, our room had an accessible bathroom (we were not previously informed) and it was very difficult for small kids to use it, plus the water of the shower got everywhere.
Also, there was no AC nor ventilators, so it was very hot to sleep.
The kids had a bunk bed to sleep, but the upper bed had a fall protection only in one of the sides and we had to make arrangements for our son not to fall down.
