The location is quite near the highway- easily accessible
Not about the property. The crowd which came there for stay were playing very loud music and spoiling the serenity of the place. People who come here come for silence or sober environment. It is basic civic sense to not disturb other guests with loud music.

Wonderful and satisfying experience. Location is a bungalow surrounded by a coffee estate. We visited the Manjrabad fort and a church beside the Hemavathi river from here.The resort has a neatly kept swimming pool and other outdoor and indoor activities also. The food was satisfactory.The staff was helpful. We indeed enjoyed the stay
The room and washroom were clean, but still they have to maintain the cleanliness of the washrooms by cleaning them everyday.The garden around the bungalow should b cleant and maintained on an everyday basis

Great staff, excellent location, peaceful atmosphere, and a very welcoming environment.
The property is not very well maintained. The showerhead broke and fell on me, which could have resulted in a serious or even fatal injury. The breakfast options were quite limited and below standard. The cleanliness could also be improved, although it was manageable. Additionally, all the rooms had a noticeable musty smell.
