Great host but filthy bathrooms and kitchen ! Bad ventilation

Th host was very friendly. The balcony and living room is nice

There are serious issues with the ventilation system. The bathrooms need to be cleaned up. Cockroaches are both in the kitchen and the bathrooms. Should I mention again that both the kitchen and the bathrooms felt sticky ? I think there is a mold/moisture issue within the ventilation system. In the building the hallway near the elevators was smelling bad as well.

Excellent experience in general.

Very easy to access, good facilities and well appointed. Mr Chakib was an excellent landlord and a really nice guy. Having the supermarket downstairs was a real benefit.

There were no table knives available, and there were no plugs for any of the sinks. Mr Chakib did provide some filters, but they weren't plugs.
