Location- yes Apartment- no!

The location was great and the apartment was decorated nicely

To get to the apartment you have to take 4 flights of stairs. This should’ve been disclosed in the description before booking- which it was not! For someone who is 6 months pregnant, with a toddler, pram and a suitcase it just wasn’t suitable. It isn’t child friendly or mobility friendly. This is due to the stairs again. With there being no stair gates I was constantly panicking that my child would fall down the stairs. 2 flights of stairs are in the apartment. I slept in the room with the 2 single beds with my toddler. I found the bed comfortable. However, the mattress on the double bed was too soft and uncomfortable for my sister. The place needs a proper good clean. I could see bits on the floor. Something that had been spilled and left to dry near one of the single beds and some of the tea spoons weren’t clean. The WiFi/tv connection was awful. It kept cutting out and buffering the whole time we were there. I did text the number that was provided. And was told, ‘that’s strange we have never had an issue with it before’. I believe it’s strange that this was said considering a review was left in February by someone else saying the same thing! Makes me believe that nothing was done about it and the owners don’t really care. I was asked if it still wasn’t working. I told the person it wasn’t. My message was read but not responded too. So communication wasn’t wonderful either. The lights in the bathroom and hallway are on a sensor. It was annoying that there was no way of switching them off/on or dimming them yourself.

Had an email with very clear instructions for our arrival , clean with good facilities .

Three flights of stairs to the property very warm in one of the rooms window doesn’t fully open so had a warm sleep . Only found out about the stairs after we booked and received the email . I had a baby and luggage and a pram to get up 3 flights of stairs. However, this has made me cautious when booking else where in future to guarantee a ground floor .
