Ok, but....

Really good contact and communication. Great location. Very spacious. Easy to get into. Parking on street but ok b

Tap in kitchen loose Only 1 teaspoon Curtain in 3 bed room barely covers window Shower hot tap very stiff and got boiling so was really difficult to cool down which wasn't great with kids using it. Heating pipes bang in single room Damp patch in carpet in 3 bedroom Dirty side table in 3 bedroom No bin bags in kitchen bin Generally feels like it needs a good clean and tidy up Considering for 6 people not enough comfy seats in lounge Damp smell
