Außen hui, innen naja … insgesamt enttäuschend

Die Unterkunft präsentiert sich von außen ansprechend, wirkt gepflegt und bietet einen gut angelegten, großzügigen Garten. Auch die Lage überzeugt, da öffentliche Verkehrsmittel leicht erreichbar sind.

Der innere Gesamteindruck der Unterkunft entsprach leider nicht den Erwartungen, da das Haus bei der Ankunft erhebliche Mängel bei der Sauberkeit aufwies und wir die ersten Stunden selbst mit der Reinigung verbringen mussten. Ein späteres Angebot der Vermieterin zur Nachreinigung kam dadurch zu spät, und auch das Gespräch über den Zustand verlief enttäuschend, da die Mängel von ihrer Seite nicht einsichtig behandelt wurden. Neben der mangelhaften Hygiene mit Schimmelbefall im Badezimmer und am Duschvorhang wies das Objekt zahlreiche Defekte auf. Dazu gehörten unter anderem (es sind nur einige Bespiele) zwei kaputte Rollläden, wackelnde Toilettenbrillen, beschädigte Möbel, ein eingebrannter Wasserkocher sowie eine äußerst spartanische Küchenausstattung in schlechtem Zustand. Auch der Geschirrspüler war kaputt; ein Reparaturangebot während unserer Abwesenheit haben wir aus Gründen der Privatsphäre abgelehnt. Aufgrund des unzureichenden Zustands und der fehlenden Einsicht beim Service können wir diese Unterkunft nicht weiterempfehlen.

Manque de vaisselle Lave vaisselle qui ne fonctionne pas Ultra sale ( sol, salle de bain, moisissures, wc encrassé et lunette cassé, toile d’araignée partout,etc… ) Pas de volet dans 2 chambres
