This is a proper Hotel apartment. Base on the unit I stay, You have laundry machine ( you have to get your own detergent) cooking station, dishes and a pot for easy meal. You have to clean your own dishes but with the value they gave you- it is worth the price. The building is not the newest but no stinky smell. No mold. Very clean. You have a living room with a sofa set. The bed is VERY comfortable like a five star hotel bed. I think it’s either very new or just very high quality. I am here for work and had to extend my trip. I am happy I found this place in abu dhabi. The street in front of the hotel is very quiet. I stayed on the 3 floor (corner room) and no noise at all, both during night or day. Wifi is enough for light work and steaming movie.
Quite, clean, complete equiped, the bed is very comfortable.

I had an excellent stay at Alraya Homes. Initially, l booked for two weeks, but then decided to extend for another week due to an exceptional service l received. I cannot praise the staff enough for their warm welcome, everyday greetings and accommodation to every request, especially reception staff Katarina and Keero, but also housekeeping boy Sharif. Keep up the great work! Looking forward to revisiting Alraya Homes soon.
P.S. Rooftop pool was also a nice spot for daily relaxation.
Occasionally, an alarm would go off, but it wasn't a big deal.

Pool was very nice and I love the firm bed. Easy to get a taxi from the street behind the hotel and Dallas restaurant next door do a fantastic egg roll and fresh squeezed orange juice for breakfast.
Housekeeping was ordinary, had to ask for items to be replaced, even had to ask for a roll of toilet paper. Nothing to wash dishes or cups and housekeeping obviously don't do it.
