The apartment had a good size and an extremely well equipped kitchen with absolutely everything you need to cook a proper meal. It looks exactly like the photos. The surrounding area is quiet and not too touristy with a few grocery shops.
We had a mouse visiting us every night, eating our food which is of course not KozyStays fault. It was sometimes difficult to get a Grab as it isn't central. Also, getting the deposit back took almost 3 weeks and longer than their stated policy.

Very clean and new, comfortable bed with everything we needed
The shower head could not be directed, so the wall was being showered instead of me, also the shower door would not close so water went everywhere
