Nice house but very noisy with the new house building near us unfortunately

Nice house with much needed air con system very small plunge pool is nice but very cold ! It’s a comfortable modern house A car is a must if you need to explore or go to the shop/ restaurants. Portugal is a beautiful place to explore

Opposite us there is a new building being built. Lots of drilling and hammering on all day in the week apart from Saturday and Sunday which was very disappointing. Dogs close by barking outside at times and in the night it wake us up regularly We booked this to stay in a nice and quiet area to get away from hearing the house building noises near us at home. for a year I have a video of the new house building near us and the noisy sounds near this villa we stayed at if you want to hear it. Let me know ! You need a car to drive to resturants, shops and to the beaches We could not drink at all knowing that we had to drive a car back to the villa . On the first day I would have broken my leg by going down the villa steps outside as the top level is much higher than the two bottom steps. Thanks to my T’ai chi i managed to get my balance back!! Very dangerous for anyone really I think we paid too much for what it is with the nosies and lack of facilities to walk to.

Comfortable

Very comfortable

The house address , is 14 rua das Eiras , Ericeira ! This address is wrong! This address will take you thru small streets that barely fits a car! The house is in the next town, Encarnação’ Not a big deal for me, but should be corrected!
