The location right in front of a quiet beach was fantastic and exactly what we were looking for. The size of the property was also perfect, as we weren’t interested in a large, all-inclusive resort. The staff were friendly, and the room (apartment) was spacious with a very nice layout. The property was clean and comfortable throughout our stay. There is a kitchen by the outdoor pool area that serves snacks and breakfast for guests. We usually had breakfast by the pool, which we really enjoyed. We also loved the small pool on the balcony, and the sunset views from the balcony were absolutely spectacular.
First of all, there is no reception desk other than a security guard at the gate. All communication for questions or issues had to be done through WhatsApp. We booked a two-bedroom apartment expecting it to be on the ground floor based on the photos provided, but our unit was actually on the top (third) floor. Meals at the property are charged separately and must be paid in cash only — credit cards are not accepted. The kitchen service was extremely slow, sometimes taking up to an hour to receive food. Although the kitchen is listed as open from 8:00 am to 3:00 pm, service seemed to start closer to 9:00 am. There was also limited information on Booking.com regarding what supplies are provided in the units. While a detailed booklet listing the kitchen supplies was available in the apartment, this information should be posted on the website. Basic items such as salt, pepper, oil, and a coffee maker were provided, but no coffee filters were included and had to be requested. When we asked about late check-out due to an evening flight, we were informed there would be a charge of 300 pesos per hour, although they kindly allowed us to stay in the outdoor pool area afterward. Lastly, while the location worked well for us since we mostly stayed on the property and used taxis for dinners, there is only one small corner store within walking distance. There are a few nearby restaurants, but generally a car or taxi is needed to get around. We also found taxi fares to be quite expensive (for example, 500 pesos from the airport).

Location is amazing. The view to the ocean and access to beach is fantastic. The room had a great view.
The service was slow. First night we couldn’t get the TV and internet to work. We had to contact the service via WhatsApp as there’s no front desk at the property. The TV was on and off throughout the stay. The restaurant had limited service hours and service was very slow.
