Large window fronts also allow plenty of warm daylight inside, creating a harmonious transition to nature. The beautiful natural grounds invite you to linger at any time. Enjoy your first cup of coffee here in the morning, have breakfast with a view of the glistening fjord or light the barbecue in the evening and round off the day with a cosy get-together.
The water is right on your doorstep and invites you to spend relaxing hours on Hjarbæk Fjord. Just a few kilometres away is Viborg, one of Denmark's oldest cities, with its imposing cathedral and charming old town. The surrounding area offers marvellous hiking and cycling routes through forests, hills and along the fjord. Excursions to the Hald Sø nature reserve and the historic monastery ruins, which lend the landscape a special depth, are particularly rewarding.
