Schöne Wohnung, jedoch ohne Parkplatz nicht erneut buchbar.

Das Bad ist sehr schön und recht neu. Balkon Die Lage ist gut, die Marina fußläufig erreichbar. Personal gut erreichbar und hilfsbereit.

Bei unserer Ankunft war es sehr dreckig, insbesondere der Fußboden und Staub in den Ecken/auf dem Regal. Hier wurde am nächsten Tag aber gut nach gereinigt. Die Parksituation ist katastrophal. Es gibt nicht genug Parkplätze und auch keine Alternativen in der Nähe. Wer nach 17:00 abends ankommt hat verloren und muss im Halteverbot stehen. Knöllchen inklusive. Dies ist für uns das Kriterium, die Wohnung nicht noch einmal zu mieten. Zu einer Ferienwohnung gehört in der heutigen Zeit einfach auch ein Parkplatz.
