This was by far the worst stay we have experienced.

The apartment was extremely dirty and in an unacceptable condition upon our arrival (please refer to the attached photos). It was clear that the property had not been cleaned at all prior to check-in, which is a serious violation of basic hosting standards. We attempted to contact the host immediately, but their phone was switched off and they were completely unreachable. With no assistance from the host, we were forced to contact Booking customer service to report the issue. Although the host eventually responded through the platform, they stated that they were unable to arrange any cleaning service at all. Due to the lack of support, we had no choice but to clean the kitchen ourselves. We also had to sleep for one night in beds that were clearly not changed or cleaned, as shown in the photos. In addition, we were unable to shower because no clean towels were provided, which made the stay highly uncomfortable and unacceptable. The host demonstrated a complete lack of responsibility and failed to provide the most basic services. The overall hygiene of the apartment was extremely poor and significantly different from the listing photos. This situation had a serious negative impact on our stay. We believe this property does not meet Booking’s accommodation standards, and we formally request platform intervention and appropriate compensation or a refund for this unacceptable experience.
