Muito central, no Coração das ruas tipicas da cidade. Pensei que devido à proximidade das ruas movimentadas seria barulhenta mas boa qualidade das janelas isolou perfeitamente o ruído da rua. O self check in muito bem explicado…

Honestly, photos don’t even reflect how good is the room. Everything is new, clean, room is very spacious and nicely decorated. Bed and pillows are super comfy. At first we didn’t have enough hangers, but they noticed it themselves and brought more the next day - great attention to details.
We spent 4 nights here, and i cannot wait to come back. Breakfast place nearby serve amazing cornetti and coffee. Plenty of restaurants in the area, everything is within walking distance. The whatsapp communication worked great. Cleaning is impeccable.
We could still hear some sounds from the street during the night, but it’s one of the busiest streets, so we knew what to expect.

Midden in het centrum. Alles op loopafstand. Nieuw appartement, mooi ingericht,prachtig! Ontbijt was 5 min lopen naar ontzettend leuk koffietentje, dmv voucher kreeg je lekker koffie en croissant.

The room was very beautiful, extremely clean, and the bed was very comfortable. The interiors and finishes were well considered, and visually the property matched the photos.
Unfortunately, the overall experience was far below expectations. In the first room there was a constant dripping noise coming from the ventilation during the day, which made it very difficult to relax in the room. The “included” breakfast was served at a café around 5 minutes away and consisted only of one hot drink and one pastry, usually a croissant. There was no fruit or protein option, and we often had to wait outside in the sun for a table. We ended up paying extra ourselves to have something more substantial, such as eggs.
Housekeeping knocked on the door at around 10am every day, but there was no “Do Not Disturb” sign available. If we were still sleeping and did not let them in at that exact time, the room would not be cleaned later that day.
Before arrival, we were also required to send photos of our ID documents via WhatsApp in order to receive the access codes, even though we said we preferred to show them in person. We later asked for confirmation that the copies would be deleted, but did not receive any response. We never met any member of staff in person during the entire stay.
Parking was also extremely difficult. The nearest car park we could use was around a 15-minute walk away and was often completely full. On one occasion, we waited almost an hour in a queue just to enter. In practice, we often had to wait until around midnight to try to find a parking space.
