Freshly renovated clean premises with underfloor heating in the kitchen, splendid cooking surface, large boiler, air-conditioning, large wardrobe and comfortable furniture. Perfect for late spring-mid autumn trips. Close to the city center
Not suitable for winter travellers. Ground floor and the corner location of the apartment means it's very cold in most rooms even with heating turned on (actually the only proper heating facility is in the bedroom so its more or less OK there) and you can't fully relax because people can look into your windows from the street when it gets darker (I'm not a fan of pulled-down curtains). Also, there's a kind of "sterile" atmosphere in the rooms but that's understandable.
