Clean and tidy with a large balcony on the 8th floor.
The bed was raised up and against the wall so it took some effort to get into bed.

The kitchen was well equipped and the balcony was comfortable with a nice view. Air conditioning was good.
The bed is in a corner on a raised platform which is awkward to get into and out of if you are older or have limited mobility. it is not handy to central papeete and you need taxis or a car or it is a 15 minute walk.

The instructions for getting into the place had conflicting information--door code was written incorrectly in the english portion but found the correct code in the French instructions...
