Breakfast was fine. I liked being able to come and go as I pleased. The location was excellent as I was there for the Appledore Book Festival and it is about 1 1/2 miles from the site.

The sofa and bed were very comfortable and it was nice to be staying in a quiet residential area.
The bathroom light goes on every time you enter and takes some time to switch off

Although compact, this place had everything we needed which included breakfast. It was very nice. We loved that we were close to places but we didn’t have the noise of busy tourist places. We had a car which you would need.
