Excellent communication and Earl was very helpful with unexpected issues that sometimes come up when travelling. The accommodation made our first trip to St Johns so enjoyable the location was outstanding and very accommodating for three couples travelling together. We absolutely loved our stay.

The condo was beautiful ... just like in the pictures. The location was fairly close to the downtown so we were able to walk everywhere, which was nice. The condo was spotless and bright, and we would definitely stay there again.
It was on the third floor so be prepared to do stairs. We were okay with this but it would be an issue for travellers with mobility issues.

Easy entrance with codes is very practical. Location is very central. The apartment was well equiped and clean.
I find that for the price that is equivalent to the Delta and Jag hotels in St-John's Newfoundland the matress of the bed was low quality and was not firm- caused me some back issues. Also the couch in the living room was really looking rather not fresh, stained and uncomfortable.

Close to downtown
Hearing the seagulls early in the mornings just outside the window. To be expected being so close to the waterfront though.
