Good location - needs WiFi info as couldn’t connect and the people renting should answer the phone numbers they provide!

The location of the apartment was perfect for my departure the following morning from Baywalk pier. Clean and functional.

There was no information provided either via email or in the apartment about how yo connect yo the wifi. Despite trying the password on the router and various other things it was impossible to connect. I tried to contact the two numbers provided by text and calling but got no reply which was frustrating. The shower needs a curtain to prevent the entire bathroom getting soaked. The bed did not have a top sheet and I was dubious whether the bed cover is cleaned between each guest.

⚠️ WARNING: UNSANITARY CONDITIONS!🔥🔥🔥

Please be careful🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻 l lost money here🛑

This apartment is completely unfit for human habitation. There were cockroaches everywhere. The worst moment was when I turned off the lights, then turned them back on to go to the bathroom — dozens of cockroaches scattered everywhere. It was absolutely horrifying. If you have allergies, do not stay here! I spent the entire night itching. It was obvious that the apartment had been treated for cockroaches shortly before my arrival. When I contacted the owner, the only solution they offered was to spray insecticide while I was still staying in the apartment 🙄. I received no compensation whatsoever. On top of that, I lost money because I had no choice but to leave this place the very next morning. My money was not refunded. The listing photos are also misleading. For example, the bathroom doesn’t even have a sink, despite what the photos suggest. Customer support was extremely slow. When I arrived, I was given the wrong access code, so I had to wait a long time before I could even get into the apartment. The listing also claims to be pet-friendly, but that is simply not true. I was actually told to hide my dog when checking in so the staff wouldn’t notice. I was completely shocked by this. They even wanted me to pay an extra fee after putting me through all of this stress. In the end, I had to leave my dog at a pet hotel. I strongly do not recommend this host or these apartments. I will leave this review everywhere I can because the positive reviews I saw here are obviously fake. I have a lot video if needed
