Really great location, a minute away from bui vien walking street, but upstairs there’s no noise penetration and you can sleep peacefully! Really clean apartment
The bathroom and toilets are really small, and the bed mattress is hard (some people hate it, I personally woke up with a back pain)

It was tucked away in the middle of party street, well hidden and inconspicuous. A quiet retreat in the middle of the chaos.
Hot water was a little weak. Unfortunately, location has a lot of loud noise from the party outside at night, bring earplugs
