Fantastic location. Very happy with all the facilities on the Haven site.
There was an odd smell when we are arrived which remained in the property for the entire time we were there.
The WiFi didnt work and even with a call to Sykes we did not get a response so could not use the catch up facility on the tv which would have been useful during the rainy times.
There was also no toilet roll supplied even though this is confirmed twice in the write up. Also no washing up liquid or soap provided.
All the plates and cups and everything were dripping with water in the cupboards so clearly whoever stayed there previously did not take their own tea towels and had no way of drying anything up. This meant that we had to wash and dry everything before we could use anything.
We made an attempt to vacuum the floor but unfortunately the vacuum did not pick any thing up off the carpet.
