Versteckte Kosten nach Buchung, Preisleistung stimmt nicht
Allgemeine Lage des Objekts
Auf den ersten Blick wirkt dieses Apartment günstig, tatsächlich kommen aber versteckte Zusatzkosten und zusätzlicher Aufwand dazu. Dass Bettwäsche extra bezahlt werden muss, war vor der Buchung nicht klar und transparent ersichtlich. Dieser Hinweis tauchte erst nach dem abgeschlossenen Buchungsvorgang in den Bestellunterlagen auf – und dort auch nur weit unten im Text. Hätte ich diese Information vorab gesehen, hätte ich die Unterkunft zu diesen Konditionen nicht gebucht beziehungsweise mich für eine andere Unterkunft mit einem besseren Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis entschieden. Wenn es zu diesem Zeitpunkt noch möglich gewesen wäre, hätte ich die Buchung auch storniert. Ich habe von den Zusatzkosten nur durch Zufall erfahren, weil ich direkt nach der Ankunft noch rechtzeitig angerufen habe. Für zwei Wäschepakete kamen dann nochmal 60 Euro dazu – und die Bettwäsche musste ich sogar noch selbst an einem anderen Standort abholen. Nach der Anreise also noch einmal rund 20 Minuten weiterfahren, anstatt mich erst einmal ausruhen zu können. Das ist für mich fern jeder realistischen Erwartung an eine professionell angebotene Unterkunft.
Besonders ärgerlich: Die zusätzlich bezahlte Bettwäsche hatte einen großen Fleck und war qualitativ auf einfachem Jugendherbergsniveau. Für diesen Aufpreis absolut nicht angemessen. Hinzu kommt, dass die auf Booking gezeigten Bilder des Bettes und der Bettwäsche nicht annähernd dem entsprachen, was tatsächlich vor Ort beziehungsweise mit der gelieferten Bettwäsche vorhanden war.
Dazu kamen weitere Mängel: Die Balkontür war defekt, das Schlafzimmer ließ sich nicht richtig abdunkeln und morgens wurde man vor 7 Uhr früh durch Geräusche aus dem Obergeschoss geweckt. In der Küche waren durchaus Dinge wie Wasserkocher und Kaffeemaschine vorhanden, also viele alltägliche Ausstattungsmerkmale, die man erwartet, auch wenn nicht alles sauber war. Umso unverständlicher war es für mich, dass ausgerechnet ein Föhn fehlte.
